Amalia Ulman’s conceptual work deals with issues of class, gender, and sexuality. Working in performance, installation, video and internet-­art work, her art is often elaborate and long term. Her work often explores the relationship between photography and performance, referencing very current issues concerning identity and the self in the age of social media.
