Leandro Erlich

Biography

b. Argentina 1973

Leandro Erlich is a conceptual artist who represented Argentina at the Venice Biennial in 2001 and was included in the main section once again in 2005. In 2008, the artist created a swimming pool installation which was exhibited at MoMA PS1 in Queens, New York City. This immersive architectural environment, Swimming Pool, is now on permanent display as part of the collection of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art in Kanazawa, Japan.
